My service rep was great and the prices were easy to understand. Loved that the oil change was free! The only issue I had was that I had taken it in for a diagnostic on the AC unit and if I hadn’t asked, no one brought up the issue or what they had found. I’m glad there was nothing wrong but it just felt like the team was going too fast and didn’t slow down to go over things with me. Also my previous Honda dealership always washed my car for me, which was always generous. I’m surprised they didn’t here given how large and successful this one is.

I like Julie customer service rep. Your technicians to not know why the tire icon comes in all the time and they can't find anything wrong. My daughters have a Honda each and they don't go through what I do. I'm always going for the same issues and am told that's the way Honda makes the cars now. You mean faulty cars?
