Customer service has gone down hill. I think we all understand that wait times can vary due to the high volume of vehicles being serviced. However, if you “promise” a specific wait time to your client, and that wait time is passed, you as the proprietor should reach out to the client with an update. I should not have to go 1 hour past my promised time of delivery, track down and associate, to be told they’re just going to start working on it, be provided another ETA, and that new ETA comes and goes with yet again, no update. Will be going to another service location that values their customers’s time.

I waited two hours for Manny to give me a price on four tires since one of them had a nail and I never heard back from him so I bought the tires at a different location. I also was missing my lock Lugnut key. Which Manny said that they use their own. I had the supervisor of the department Christina get me another one. Christina also gave me a price for tires and wheel balance, and no charge, but it was too late. I already purchased the tires. I’m hoping to speak with Christina and see if I can get a free alignment for my Honda which I bought at your location. I tried calling her, but she was off the next day.
