I just biught a honda odyssey recently from another honda dealer. Brought into jorm reeve honda to verified for a trunk water leak. Left it there for total of three working day patiently left there for technician to check out the water leak knowing that it could take time to verified the issue. Recieve a text from ASM that my vehicle was ready for pickup. To my confuse why is my car ready for pickup when i have not recieive any conformation on what have happen to my van. So i call back the ASM and ask person what happen to my car and it said that they could not find the leak. I do not understand that part. Is that how dealer taken care of customer car? Maybe dealer know that i have a honda care extended warrenty they dont want to deal with it. This is a bad customer service i have notiice. I thought a certified factory train honda technician should not have any problem of finding out for back trunk water leakage. I really think norm reeve should look into this issue.
