I did not appreciate being charged for a brake fluid that I did not authorize. When I returned to pick up my vehicle is when I was told of the charges I owed instead of asking or texting me before the service was done. This is the first time this happens to me at this dealership. The previous times, when there was a service recommended, the representative would text or call to ask if I authorize. That was not the case today. I had no other choice but to pay. I was not prepared to pay $147.

Trevor is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent service advisor. He is not some guy that wanted a job and got a few months of training to become a service advisor. He’s obviously a ” car guy.” He has been extremely helpful and I would not want my service manager at your location to be anyone other than Trevor.
