Robert was great so I have nothing bad to say about him. He helped me helped me out tremendously. He was really great. But after I left and was driving to get on the freeway maintenance issue popped up and said my tires, low pressure and I didn’t wanna get on the freeway so I had to drive back there. Wait for them to put air in the tires which I wasn’t too happy about. Robert was great

I was very disappointed in the service I received from Aston Perez. He was not very attentive and he did not get back with me to let me know about someone coming to pick me up too retrieve my vehicle. I was very impressed on how Michael handle the situation Very professional. I barely made it on time to pick up my Vehicle, Aaron had left. Miguel assisted me, however, he was not able to locate the information right away. Nonetheless, he did find it and was able to retrieve the keys so I could pay and get my vehicle. Bravo to Miguel and Michael!
