Norm Reeves has the best service and they always treat you like
Family. I can’t complain at all. Mr Miguel Cabrera has the most amazing customer service I’ve ever seen and received. I lost my cool and he kept calm, I felt horrible for my attitude and apologized. It’s dedicated workers like him who have us customers coming back for more. Thank you Norm Reeves for having me as a customer/family. Thank you Mr Cabrera.

Jonathan romero the technician was excellent however when my washer fluid reservoir was toppef off it was done with water and not washer fluid very dissapointed next time ill go to valvoline and be out in 20 m8n instead of 2 hrs

I made an appointment at 9:15 and waited for my car until 12:30 and they didn’t fill up my tires with air. My tire pressure light went on right when I left the dealership. I feel like you guys could also at least rinse my car or something if I’m paying +$300.

I had a few experiences at this store before my last visit that were less than pleasurable! I said I wouldn’t return after the last encounter I had, but out convenience I did. When I tell you that Leo was AMAZING! If I didn’t buy an EV, I would have him as my advisor going forward. Leo was attentive, proactive, patient, honest, and an overall pleasure to deal with. Had I interacted with him from the beginning, it’d be a no brainer that I would have stuck with him since day one. He’s an asset to Norm Reeves. & I don’t know him from a can of paint.
