i used to be a toyota costumer, based on todays poor experience with honda cerritos, very dissapointed, and dissatisfied.
first there was a very poor coordination among employess as my car was ready and i wasnt communicated, it was my curiosity that led me checked for my my car status, on the way to ask Ive noticed my car had been done, and waiting for me to get it. lastly, there was no complementary water nor coffe for costumers..
