The guy was rude when asked if we have to pay for something, he said i know you guys dont want to pay. I never mentioned i wouldn’t pay , was just asking a simple question about if we have to pay since it was a very simple and small fix.

I arrived at 12:45 for a 1:00 appointment and by 2:15 I was told that my inspection of rear window had not even been started. I was told that it would be another hour. I asked for my car to be returned to me. If I had been communicated with and told from the start that it would be a 2 hour service I would have had my daughter come and pick me up. I was very disappointed with the service and probably won’t be returning to your location.
