Took 3 hours for A1 service on my car something that normally takes 1.5 to 2 hours at most. Saw customers arriving after me and leaving before me plus the service rep didn’t update me if there’s a delay , I had to go and ask for an update. Bad customer service

My seat belt was defective, I knew the job was under Honda warranty, however when I took the car they gave me an estimate of about $170.00, which I had to approve to leave the car.
Ramiro, called me later and told me that they have to order the part and I didn't have to pay because it was under warranty, exactly what I told him when I left the car???

He text saying my car was done and sent over the recommendations for what needed to be fixed but did not call or talk to me about it. So I picked up my car and he wasn’t there and no one else could fully explain what the recommendations were and whether I needed any of the fixes immediately or not.
