Everything went so smoothly and in a timely manner. Joseph kept me well informed and even let me know what I could be expecting for future visits.

I brought my vehicle in at 7:30am on 9/9/24. I was told my vehicle would be ready no later than 12pm. I had not heard anything at 12pm so I decided to call to check on the status of my vehicle. The lady who answered said she was not able to find Jonathan R but that she left him a message to reach out to me. 30 minutes later, I still have not heard anything. I called back to get another update, which is when Jonathan stated that he needed more time but “it should be less than an hour” he also stated that he would call me in 30 minutes to give me an update. 30 minutes had passed and I had still not head back. It was not until 5 minutes before 2pm did I have to call back and finally get told that my car was ready. There was no explanation when I arrived why there was a delay, nor was there any sympathy. The person who charged me for the services was not even Jonathan. Normally my visits are simple and smooth. After today, I am considering taking my vehicle for service elsewhere.
