Here are the things I was not satisfied with the services from your dealership:
- Dropped off the car at 1:15 pm appointment. The car was not ready until 4:30 pm. A simple oil change took over 3 hours and no one was bothered to inform me of the long delay. When dropped off, I was told the wait time was 2 hours. Later on at 3:25 pm, I checked on the status and was told it would be ready in 5 -10 min, but I ended up waiting until 4:30 pm.
- When I came back to pick up the car, I realized I had someone else's work repair order and the other person might have my work order and now they have my car information and my home address
- My wife has the seat cushion on the driver's side. The mechanic tossed it over to the passenger 'seat and did not put it back.

Rueben is amazing and has excellent customer service. However, the mechanic are not friendly nor does they reset the maintenance system such as the tire pressure. This is my second time I had to come back for them to reset the calibration on the tires. This should be mandatory for all service.
