I brought my car here for screeching sounds. Service ceneter did not do anything at all!!!!!!!!!!! I hear the sounds through out the day but people who tested my car did not do job they should've to fix the noise issue.I will not recommend this car to anyone and will have to take this car to different dealer center to get it checked out.

We will not be returning to this dealership. We purchased 3 cars in 2 years and had nothing but issues this 2024 year with customer service. Today after service was completed I received a text that the vehicle was ready for pickup. My husband saw the car brought up to the front with the key left inside and he waited a bit and no one attended him. He figured he could just leave since the key was left inside and the car was brought up to the front. I was called vía phone by Johnathan stating my car needed to be picked up no later than 5 pm not realizing the car was already gone and parked at home. Anyone observing the workers could’ve taken off in the car by leaving the key inside and leaving the car unattended in the front. My other concern is I received a notification in red stating “REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION BRAKE SYSTEM FLUID EXCHANGE EVERY 30,000 MILES”. Well we purchased this certified used Honda with 32,000 miles on it and this should’ve been taken care of prior to its resale. I called to ask about this and was transferred 3 times around as everyone likes to pass the buck on each department here and finally someone in the customer relations department whom was extremely rude stated “what do you want me to do, it’s your problem now”. This “IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED AT 30,000 thousand miles should’ve been taken care of when the car was traded in at 32,000 miles before they resold it. As I stated we will not be returning to this dealership for absolutely anything. There are plenty of Honda dealers in Southern California with better customer service where they won’t try to rip us off. Very disappointed with the workers here at Cerritos Norm Reeves Honda.

Joseph did excellent costumer service. I really appreciate the help that he done from updating me with my car and even getting me a loaner car.
