You had my car for more than 2 months so it got dirty but you did not wash it. Also over the two months the EV battery got low but you did not charge it. I was told I could get reimbursed for loaner car gas but different people told me different processes to get reimbursed so I have not been reimbursed yet. Otherwise, the loaner car was very good and process was good, and Jonathan was very knowledgeable, professional, and did a good job explaining the problem.
