I bought my first honda a few months ago and maybe because of postpandemic, i did not have as good of an experience with honda as the multiple toyotas and suburus ive bought in the past. Came here for oil change and discovered I needed a new tire. These guys took great care of me. I felt valued and would consider getting another honda.

Not satisfied at all. The advisor was friendly and fine, but the service basically scammed me and didn’t do the service I was told was going to be done. My A1 service was due which was supposed to include a tire rotation and I know for a fact the tire rotation didn’t happen. I know for 2 reasons. 1 reason I have a low tire and it was still low and 2nd reason is that I have some rim damage on a certain rim and it didn’t get rotated. I expect more from Honda. I did play for a locking lug nut as well and was charged an additional $50 for labor , shouldn’t that be included in the tire rotation? Please help with my issue.
