I went in for a B1 maintenance service which is an oil change. I also asked for the tires to be rotated. I purchased all four of my tires there at their store so the rotation comes free. I’m trying to have my tires rotated every 5000 miles to get full mileage of the tires. I always get my oil changes done at Honda and specifically bought my tires there so I can get them rotated for free! When I return back to my car. I noticed the tires were not rotated even if it’s stated on the paperwork that it was done. I didn’t have time to go back and speak with someone I was in a tight schedule. This isn’t the first time either that this had happened… I let ot go the first time but this time I wanna bring it to your attention..

It took over 3 hours for my vehicle to get an oil change that is ridiculous. I also had an appointment and show up 30 minutes earlier.They original told me 55 minutes. That was a lie. I had to keep asking my advisor what was going on After 2hours. I was being patient. After i got notification about my car being ready it wasn't they still took over 15 minutes.
