Talked to the service advisor, Jonathan about how my tires were not rotated in the previous visit so he said that supposedly higher thread tires are supposed to be in the front so if my tires were not going to be rotated why charge? After my visit tires were still not rotated, I called and asked to speak to the manager and some Valerie girl said “I will send him a message.” 24 hours later and have not heard from the manager, explains why the service advisors get away with giving **** customer service.

I recently went to Carson Honda for an unscheduled maintenance. The service there was horrible. I would have come here to Cerritos however, the tow truck wouldn’t bring me to this location. Anyway, going forward I will always utilize Cerritos and can say that the quality and Josep was extremely helpful.

I scheduled to get an oil change and tire rotation today. I got the car back and drove home. I noticed they didn’t rotate my tires, So I had to drive back to the dealership and talk to a representative and they finally got it done. Wasted my time and gas. Who ever the mechanic was need to be reevaluated.
