Was upset that splash shield was removed from the car and placed in the trunk and I was not made aware of this. Don’t know if this was done on purpose to make us purchase or what the point was.
Would have been good to let us know that it was removed and placed In the trunk or at least tell us it had to be removed for whatever reason your team had.

Whoever supposedly checked the tire pressure evenly relieved the pressure from the proper pressure down to 25 psi on all the tires. I’m assuming some new guy decided to measure the psi on hot wheels and decided to lower the psi to spec. So by the time I got the car back the tires have cooled down and the pressure from hot to cold triggered tire sensor just down the street from the dealership. I carry a tire pressure gauge and a portable air pump which I used to rectify the situation. I was not very pleased. Worse, the tire pressure check up. It is 32 psi on a cold tire and not 25 psi on the cold tire.

Trevor Rodriguez helped me a lot with this service. He managed to answer my queries and gave an excellent service. But there was a first advisor assigned to me first and he was rude. He didn’t even listen to what service I needed during that time. He didn’t even look at my car or what’s the problem with my tire, when I told him that maybe my tire has something maybe a nail because it keeps on showing the low tire pressure, he said that Honda Normreeves is not doing a tire patch and I need to go to other shop outside the dealership to do it if necessary but not in Honda Normreeves at Cerritos because they are not doing that. He was also mean when I told him that if I needed a new tire I have a coverage for it. But without looking at the computer he just said that, “oh tire is not included in any coverage plan.” I didn’t get his name but I showed him to Trevor, so Trevor knows who’s that rude advisor is. That’s why I look for another advisor and that is Trevor and Trevor helped me and gave an excellent service. Thanks to Trevor Rodriguez.
