My alarm was disconnected without my approval. It had nothing to do with the issue the car was having. Then they left it disconnected and I was told that they couldn’t connect it back and that I should take it to the place I had it installed. I had it installed nearly 10 years ago and the place is no longer there but even so, why should I have to inconvenience myself and pay someone else to fix what Norm Reeves did to my alarm?
They could have just called me for the alarm fob or disconnected the battery if the alarm bothered them. Besides, the alarm was not set when the car was dropped off.

They tex me that my car was ready.(my car was in the front & runing). After I payed I went to pick it up but the car was not there. After a while someone find it lifted up again. They were trying to align the tires after they told me it was ready.
If you ask me if I am satisfied the answer is NO. Why I need to be out there in the cold after I payed almost 2000
