My service provider Manny made it seem like it was such a big issue to be helping me. Sarcastic tone and unhappy look the entire time. Asked me if I had any questions and when I presented him with one he sighed and responded half heartedly mumbling his words unenthusiastic to help. A woman came to his desk while he was assisting me and he wanted to pay more attention to her than myself. She wasn’t a customer she was a worker there too and they were talking about after work plans. Worst service experience I’ve had from here.
