Had a simple oil change..
drove it home come to find out that the technician forgot to screw the bottom pan plastic cover.. mind you I had an appointment that basically took almost two hours to do the oil change.. no car wash no even the sticky reminder for the next oil change.. on top I replace the oil filter and cabin filter myself service offer but with other vehicle pictures of the filters.. come on..
