The wait with an appointment for an oil change is insane. Appt. At 11:00 my car was ready approximately over 3 hours later. Joseph Vargas helped me however, it would be nice that he develops listening skills, looking at speaker and answering questions and not speaking to me as if I am not taking care of my car. He stated, “You need to start doing other services other than oil changes to your car.” It was the tone, not inviting to return to norm reeves, get as if he was my father speaking to me. Yuk, I asked him to look at my records I do other services but I don’t drive my car much to need services. He needs to be retrained in customer service.

I brought my vehicle in on the 27th of this month due to a noticeable clunking and axle-related noise while driving in reverse. The service writer initially dismissed my concerns, attributing the issue solely to brake pad noise without conducting a thorough evaluation. There was noticeable reluctance to bring the vehicle into the shop, and it was only inspected after I firmly requested it. Following the inspection, I was provided with a printout regarding brake noise, and all of my concerns were categorized as normal without any meaningful diagnosis or effort to address the specific issue I described. Overall, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the level of attention and customer service did not meet expectations. I would encourage the dealership to take customer-reported issues more seriously and ensure a proper inspection is completed before dismissing concerns.

Julie is an exceptional service agent as she always goes above and beyond to assist me not only with my car needs but also with problem solving, especially with a tech issue regarding texts not being received on my phone. She contracted IT and was able to ameliorate the issue so that now I’m successfully receiving texts. Julie is the ONLY service agent that I will work with. She’s the best!!

My car is making a grinding noise this is the worse if I turn hard right or left I hear metal if I hit a dip it sound like metal I’ve never been so dissatisfied I keep my car at the dealer and I just was there in Dec and Jan I was never told about this problem and now I do t believe that this was the problem if so why does my car sound and act like it’s a 1919 get out and push it wasn’t making g those noises when I brought it there and I’m not paying to hear it’s something else Norm Reeves and I’m definitely going to get to the bottom of this

Trevor always goes above and beyond I greatly appreciate all this help and all his extra tips and tricks to keep my car in the best shape and quality as possible. They literally made a brand new Downey or extended it by my house but I drive the extra 10 minutes just to come to this one because of the expert customer service and the great techs!
