I called my service advisor after picking up my vehicle while driving home and left a message for the service advisor to call me back and he did not I should have known from previous experience that I had with Norm Reeves which caused me to stop taking my Honda vehicles there due to poor service in the past and decided to give it one more shot but regret doing so. I have come to the conclusion not to bring my vehicles in for service there anymore.
As an example I had new tires installed and no one bothered to clean the grease along the edges of my rims. What a mess! Valve stem caps were missing. Alignment was supposedly performed but there was no data on what the specs were before and after the alignment. Have doubt that I paid for something that may have not been performed. If no data can be provided I expect to receive a refund.
Note to dealership: there are other options for servicing my vehicles and this dealership should focus more on customer satisfaction

The first day when i purchased the car March of2025 i did not have agood experience because the dealer theft alarm was not disactivated and on monday morning lost a day of work and had towing expences i lost money because of the dealers negligence that till this day i feel i should had been reinbursted and said to myself never will i bring my car here again.but after this recent experience i am having a change of mind and believe i should only have my car service at a Honda dealer only.

The transmission service was done, but the problem with the moon roof was not resolved, after I was assured that it was reprogrammed and fixed. It got stuck open on my way back from the dealership. Very disappointed. The fix lasted even less time than it did the last time they tried to fix it, which was less than a week.
