No one told me my car was ready. I saw it parked by the front and waited for one of the service guys chatting with each other to help me. They said I had to ask the person who helped me when I came in. I said it was Javier and he messaged me that he was leaving. One of the service guys said I was messaged at 430 that my car was ready. I said no. That message said my car was halfway finished and Javier was leaving which I understand if his hours were over. I said to the service guys who finally helped me that Javier should have told someone I was waiting. I don’t think anyone was going to tell me my car was ready. I saw it myself.
No one went over the findings of the inspection with me.
Not a very nice or friendly visit. Please don’t call me about this. This is all I have to say. I’ll check on possibly another Honda service center. It’s tough because this one so convenient for me.
