I was just there over the weekend and no one mentioned to me that there was a recall on my car until my second appointment. I am also deeply upset that they passed my car diagnostic check stating my windshield wipers and fluids were working when I just had to pay for a new motor because they weren’t working. I also waited 7 hours for my car and found out that they put in the system I never had an appointment for service when I did! I am also upset that they wanted to keep my car overnight and leave me careless after waiting so long and told me they couldn’t give me a loaner car when in fact I was given one last weekend. Overall I am upset that no one took there job serious enough to properly check my car for any maintenance and check in with me with updates. I don’t think this experience will bring me back after spending $2,000 for poor service.
