The vehicle service took longer than estimate during the writeup. The service attendant Ramiro,never communicated with me regarding the status of the vehicle. After I asked about the vehicle, I was told the attendant had gone home already. Robert was left responsible for my vehicle. I waited for him finish his social conversation but he never addressed me. Another service attendant Braulio, who seemed busy with paperwork stopped what he was doing to help me.

This was my first time bringing my car in for service. Everything was great except the wait time. I scheduled an appointment and still the wait time was three hours. I also had a concern with the plastic near the window was bent and the representative who helped said I should bring it up next time I bring my car in for service.

2 recalls were checked or repaired along with alignment, vehicle repairs were completed relatively fast and was notified I could pick it up, was even able to pay for the alignment before I came to pick it up, which made pick up very fast.
