Lies by omission are still lies. I was tiled the whole list of 1A service, including 2 filters included in the list. Then I was five the OPTION of adding an alignment, which I chose to do. I was quoted a total of 370 and my comment was “Jesus Christ!” . At no time were the filters presented as an option or as separate from the 1A service, though the alignment was. Very deceptive and I did not understand that the work and price was optional until I went to pay for the work. By not telling me it was optional is a lie by omission-I was finally given a partial refund (discount) but I am rethinking what else has been misrepresented in the 10 years I have been a customer. BTW, what does the term “whisker “ mean to you??
