Throughout this process Trevor Rodriguez has been nothing but helpful! Whoever the service manager is (not Mike) but the guy with tattoos and wears a beanie was absolutely useless as a manager, but Trevor stepped in to help. My current situation with the car this time around was that my radar was stolen from my underneath my car while parked at an Amtrak station over the weekend. Upon starting my car, all the alerts on the dashboard came on (ACC, LKAS, steering, driver mode) etc. I drove to Honda under the impression it was a faulty sensor. The manager on duty explained to me they were not taking walk-ins but I could leave my car for a diagnostic and it was most likely a recall. I have always been notified months in advance of a recall so I was confused. The manager refused to even look at it / the alerts on the dashboard and that is when Trevor R, asked to take a Quick Look. That is when Trevor discovered the radar had been stolen from my car. What would’ve cost me out of pocket to run a diagnostic and leave my car for consecutive days, was solved in a matter of minutes by Trevor and we were able to contact my insurance to get the radar replaced and resolved with both parties. If it weren’t for Trevor, who knows how much money I would’ve spent with the diagnostic and “recall” that wasn’t actually ever a recall. I realized Trevor was also my advisor the last time I got my oil change done by Honda and he was also extremely helpful then. As a young woman, the hesitancy to go into any dealership is difficult. Every. Single. Time. I have been pushed and pushed by other advisors to get A,B, and C done and that it was going to cost me $800+. However, Trevor never made me feel that way and never pushed anything on me. I bought this car certified pre owned from this dealership and also purchased a warranty. For awhile I regretted working with this dealership and its staff but Trevor Rodriguez made my experience enjoyable again. I will only hope to work with Trevor as my advisor from here on out & also believe he should be running things at the LEAST, because of his hard work and dedication to the customer. 1000/10 for Trevor R!

I brought my vehicle in to get new brakes in the front and my discs resurfaced and am very satisfied with the job by the technicians. I am even more satisfied with Mr. Ramiro Montes for always providing the best service everytime I bring my car in. I would 10/10 recommend this dealership to a friend or family member to get their vehicles serviced and would also recommend them to Ramiro as well!

I returned to your facility during the lunch hour and he helped me find a advisor and get on the road. I usually take our Hondas to Downey world service but moving forward, we will seek service at Norm Reeves. Thank you for allowing me to share my opinion.

The service was great, however after my service the back seat wasn't fully snapped back in and I was concerned that the clamps. The clamps were okay I was able to snap the backseat back on. This would have been a safety issue if I had passengers in the back. The overall service was fine just quality check the car next time.
