Had an appointment for 1 pm I didn’t receive my car until 4:15 for a simple oil change not to mention I had to call to see if my car was ready only to find out it was ready for while now. I would think they would include a free car wash for the inconvenience but that didn’t happen either not a good first experience.

My appointment was at 1:20pm I requested only engine oil change and they finish my car at 5:30 PM , I was scheduled my appointment today before and I was late two hours and they refused to serve me and they asked me to reappointment to another day so it’s OK for them to take five hours to do my car and it’s not OK for me to be late two hours and also they do tire rotation and they did not put the cover on my tire , I lost one day of my work waiting for oil change that’s ridiculous , I think they have guys they don’t understand how it works. They really need a training. I went to Toyota dealership and I did my transformation. Oil change. I can to imagine they finish my car in 30 minutes. But at HONDA, it takes an hour so if you wanna change your oil, you need to cancel everything for this day. Because they are really don’t understand what he doing. Even’s advisor he refuses to help me out stating we have a lot of cars and I can just get you in , I told him that I came yesterday two hours late and I have all day and you guys refused to serve me he said yes you’re gonna have to come and wait for your car to get served. That’s what we have. That was really rude. I really want my concern to be follow up. I doubt somebody will follow up with me. Because is really make me mad that Toyota dealership so much better than Honda. ????

I am uncertain that the work was even completed in my vehicle. I brought my 2023 Honda in for a recall. I was spoken to quite rudely when asking why I was skipped in line. Then, my car was kept for a mere 20 minutes. I don’t believe anything was actually done and was given an unsigned and un-dated certificate of completion. This was a terrible experience and possibly a fraudulent service completion.
