Went in for a sunroof leak (a drainage pipe clogged) and my carpet was wet when I got my car back. They ran it under the car wash to check if it was leaking, yet left my passenger floor and mat still soaked. Now I have to go vacuum it out myself. I also brought up that my Apple CarPlay wasn’t working and they said they restarted it but it’s still not working.

I brought my car in a month ago because every dash light was on. I was told definitively that the issue was spark plugs, and I paid $400 to have them replaced. A few days ago, every dash warning was back on. I returned and now I’m told that the issue is my fuel injector and that it will cost $2300. I’m told that the spark plugs and the fuel injector were two totally separate issues and that both happen to be defective within the same month. That seems beyond unlikely. If Honda didn’t know if tge isssue was my spark plugs, I should have been told that it could also be the fuel injector.
