My vehicle was address a recall and a new issue related to the tailgate. We were informed the recall resolved as well as the trunk issue, but on 3/19/25, the message asking to open the trunk manually popped up again, meaning this issue was not resolved. My car stayed at the dealer for am entire day and now I have to deal with taking my vehicle back to the dealer and find transportation to my home while fixed.
