Not the best communication. No status update. Been going here for a long time and normally I get a great service helper that texts me updates and checks in with me and sends me things I want or don’t want t done in my car. And with an appointment they always get my car ready at a reasonable time. This time around was horrible, not sure if it was the service rep or the technicians but I had to make 2 calls just to check in. Left my car at 8:45 (appt was at 9:20am) picked it up at 4:45

Joseph was very rude. He did not explain how procedures of a diagnostic service on my car when I spoke to him. I was very confused as to why I had to leave my car because I made no prior arrangements. I asked him “why” and he sent me to Mike V the manager. I told Mike V that I did not want to deal with him based on how rude he was to me. Someone was texting me regarding updates on my car and at the end, I come to find that it was Joseph the whole time. I went to drop off the rental that Mike V arranged only to find out from Enterprise that someone at Honda did not approve the extension of the rental. I was very disappoint at how I was treated. I still don’t understand what I did, initially, to be treated so rudely by Joseph. No respect and no customer service. This is a poor reflection on Norm Reeves and now I understand why such a poor service department rating.
