I did not even have time to approve the messages on text, to say or no. Until I got to the desk 10 minutes later. They brought out my already, did not even tell me where it was parked had to ask. No customer service anymore like it used to be. A guy took over for Javier named I think Roberto or Romonov, he was very rude. They forgot to reset the tire pressure setting again. So thank God I remembered what it was and how to do it. Was very disappointed in the whole customer service. Another thing whatever happened to coffee? COVID is over and other dealers have it out, or offer a cup. But that is minimal. They do not even wipe down your car anymore. Or come up with the car, no you have to walk down to end of the parking lot now. Anyways the whole experience is bad now. I will have these services done and maybe at Norm Reeves. I just hope the tech and service agents improve.

Julie was so exceptional and very knowledgeable with my requested service. She provided me a loaner that was awesome because my car would not be ready for few days due to required services done in my car. She was on top of everything and I was informed eloquently. There were lots of services that were done in my car which led to one of the services need to be redone but we already made an arrangement for ne to return on a later date. When I to check for why vehicle is making noise when turn left. Your agency has some interesting policy to charge $120 to diagnose it. It is very strange that you want to charge it to just check on the vehicle. I didn’t ask for engine filter check but your staff checked it and pointed me it needs to be changed.
My take so far is, you don’t care what customer sees the problem, instead you care about what cannot see.
I am unable to say your service is good when I do not see things. You might have done work but I have no way to see it and hence I can not provide a feedback
