My appointment was 9 am. My car was promised to be ready by 2 pm or earlier. It was a simple A1 service and a recall procedure. From 9 am to 1:40pm, I noticed that my car was just parking in the service lot. It was not worked on until probably 2pm. Having an appointment or not did not make a difference. My car was not done until 3:45 pm. There were no updates as to why my car was delayed. No explanation as to the delay was given when I paid for the service. Given false promised time caused inconvenience. waited thinking I would be off by 2 pm . If I knew it would be almost 4 pm for my car to be ready, I would have gone home and attended to other matters.

I didn’t realize the service department closed at 6:00 on Saturday. I arrived at 6:20. Unfortunately my car key fob and paperwork were not able to be found by any employee. Luckily we had a spare. Now I need to contact the service department on Monday and go back to dealership. Hopefully they will have my key and paperwork.

After picking up my car (when I was advised that everything was completely done) everything went just fine for half hour until we stopped to put gas to my honda but after that an error message appeared on the dashboard saying that “fuel gauge system problem” that I didn’t have before. This is the second time that I had to bring my car twice to get it fixed. Now I scheduled an appointment for Monday April 14 and I had to ask permission at work for this. I would love to take my car and get it fixed in one visit only.
