Please have a service manager contact me. It’s a lousy job like always. I don’t expect nothing more. They only changed the oil , hopefully they did, nothing else, other places do inspection and check other things, but not at your location
Also first person I spoke to not friendly, like usual. And of course they take 3 hours. I scheduled an appointment a week before but that doesn’t mean anything, it takes 2 hours for them just start working on the car.

My gas door decides when it wants to open. It makes it hard when I am trying to get gas. Julie saw it but they couldn't make it happen again. Julie was great. Other than that, I wish you offered rides home. Good service as far as I know. Communication was good by text (and a phone call and message). Thank you Julie.

Leo was perfectly fine and helpful but your texting service ****. This is the 2nd time I failed to receive a text update that my vehicle was ready. I had fo call and walk up to Leo’s desk to ask for the status and wasted my time because both times my car was ready a long time ago. That was so frustrating.
