First time I went in for an oil change with appointment it took 1 hour. Todays appointment took 5 hours. Not cool at all! Honestly, I’ll most likely service at a less busy dealership now. If they had told me at the beginning it would take this long I would come back another day and not be upset about it. Leaving me hanging so long got to me.

Last month, I took my car to replace the water pump as well as other items. After my visit, I noticed I a multi-point inspection was done but some items were not completed even though the inspection said they were. Some items not topped off were the wiper fluid and the coolant (both had been said to have been topped off and checked). I immediately called the service Ramiro Montes to see if I could bring the car in to get that work actually completed. After 3 attempts, I gave up and decided to just go to a different service rep. After speaking with Trevor Rodriguez, I noticed the change in service. He was honest, apologetic (even though he didn’t have to be) and was very kind. I had the work on my car completed and it was done in a timely manner. I will only be returning to this location because of Trevor. He has convinced me to stay at this Honda location.
