I was there over 4 hours for an oil change & an AC diagnostic. I had a scheduled 9am appointment & had to call @ 1pm to check on the status & oil change hadn’t even been done yet. The service person had only lame excuses. The paperwork shows that I even declined some work due to time so not all A1 service was completed. Very disappointed & unacceptable. Do better Honda.

They had told me my car was ready and parked in the front. I walked the lot and could not find my car found out that the car was still in the back once they brought it to the front they did not reset my service light.
