George Razoga is an exceptional team member. His communication was helpful, periodic, and he was very detail oriented. He put my mind at winding that the service part I couldn’t get right away is still able to be installed next week after the order is placed. The service of updating me about the rest of todays’s services were appreciated.
Today George also looked out for me as well. I left in a hurry, and forgot my booklet that logged in my service history. When I returned to the dealership, he remembered what I lost, and also had my booklet tagged with my name on it.

It’s the longest oil change I ever experienced. It took us 3 1/2 hours from checking in to getting inside our car for oil change. I understand it’s busy but to pass us around who will take care of us is ridiculous. Originally gave us a quote of $62..with tax. The first person that we approached gave us the quote and then instructed us to wait in our car for someone to help us. The next person gave us a quote of $164 with everything. We kindly declined it and just told were there for an oil change only and gave us another quote of $124 and insisting that it’s best to do all the advised checked. We told the person that we only got a quote for $60 and then pass us again to Robert to deal with us. We told Robert what we want only oil change and he agreed on our original quote of $60 plus tax. No questions ask. Is all the service should know the basic price and not just give us whatever number and why to other people have the same price and the other one is not. $60 and $124 are both different price for just an oil change. Why the service department giving us different number. And as I said only oil change no checking of tires/ brakes and anything else took us 3 1/2 hours. From 9:30-1pm.

I got my car back very quickly they fixed alll my fluids and somehow my key wasn’t working before my visit! Picked up my car key works now and my car locks again! I’m so happy with the little things the service dept did! And Julie is the definition of great customer service!

George Raygoza was amazing and took care of my car issues without any problems. He got the work done in about 2 hours when the estimated time I was given was 4. When I showed up to pick up my car it was even cleaned up and washed. Amazing service and will ask for him the next time I go in for servicing.
