Because there is only two answers I'm answering yes but, I'm unsure to be honest. I have taken my car to three Honda dealers regarding an issue with my tires loosing air pressure. I had a 10:00 appointment for a oil change and I walk out at 2:00, I had some other issues for them to fix but they couldn't do it that day so why did it take that long for a oil change. That is poor customer service and it was not even busy when I was there.
