The associate that was assisting me wasnt listening to me. Instead i was told to purchase more services that really dont need to be done at this time. When i went to explain, i was shut down every time and he kept pushing back the goal of the conversation. This was a disappointing event. We listen to respond and not listen to understand. I dont like having disagreements amongst your staff..but your guy wasnt having it. I seem to be just a cash grab..

I had an appointment at 12 5/3. I waited 2 hours for an oil change. I did not get a phone call or a text that my car is ready. When I checked the service department ‘s desk (Leo) he was not there and my car keys was on his desk. I’m not sure how long my keys was placed on his desk. Finally, there a was sort of an older gentleman with a bald head (white guy) that helped me. I was out finally and it’s 2:15. This is just ridiculous. I probably won’t be back at this location. Leo is a good service department person. . I’m not sure if he got really busy or went to lunch or had left on an emergency. This is worse than waiting at a Dr.’s office + this location I’ve got an oil change twice some one always forgets to reset the number to 100% isn’t that a part of getting an oil change? I had to call x2 to ask if my oil was changed since it said oil is on 10% but the person just forgot to reset it to 100 that was not a big deal so I never said anything about it. When it happened again, I re-setted it myself. I like this location since it’s near my home but, I’ll check out another location.

It was late Saturday afternoon when my car gave me a low tire pressure warning. I went to fill the tire with air, but it had a nail in it. I called Norm Reeves superstore and even though they were closing the service department in less than 30 minutes, they urged me to come over and get the tire fixed. Robert was upbeat and friendly, even though it was the end of the day. He got me fixed up and on my way.
