The service advisor, Mr. Barr, did not text or email me, when the service for my car was completed. I just went to the dealership at 4pm, since I expected the service to be completed by then. I did not receive a copy of the multipoint inspection report. I appreciate the assistance of Mr. Ortega, who helped check out my car; he informed me about the status of my tires.
