The service manager that helped me was very cold and rude as soon as he came in. His name was Jonathan. Then he took my car in and didn’t give me an estimate of when my vehicle would be ready. I came in for a recall notice for the steering gear box so he would know roughly how long that would take. Then when i came to pick up my keys he was again rude and did not explain if they found anything. Until i grabbed my receipt and had to ask him what had been done to my vehicle. Lack of communication is why i would not return to this dealer

Besides my wife waiting 4 hours to find out the problem with our Honda Pilot while the service manager went to lunch , half way home, she had to come back & leave our car at the dealer because it was unsafe to drive, she still had to wait 1 more hour to get a loaner car. Her experience was very bad. That was 2 weeks ago. Our 6 week old Honda pilot has been at your dealership for 2 weeks. She had to call Honda and ask about our Honda 4 days ago since nobody from the service dept. called us. No communication, no phone calls, just a text I got yesterday at 6:09pm saying that the last pick up time is at 5pm ? Our overall experience was pretty bad

George was great but my car was covered in greasy fingerprints. All over the hood all over my door handle and on 2 quarter panels. My bill was $1600+ so I feel that my car should have been returned to me in the same visual condition I dropped it off in.
