Today was a bad experience in the Dealer o had a big dilemma the lost my car key and they take 2 hrs to find the key they are really unprofessional and the manager never show up to give me an explanation what was going on ,I also was late to work for the reason

The Service employee, Robert Gonzalez, was great to work with and so far the vehicle repair seems satisfactory. However, our car was returned to us very dirty, with some kind of animal paw prints on the hood.
My wife is a longtime customer and said that she used to get her car back washed and cleaned. It would be nice if the company started providing that service again.
