The service advisor needs to be retrained he seemed very rude acted is if he didn’t want to help I told him I heard a lout noise on my car when I turned it off he stated we shouldn’t check that because it’s not reoccurring missing the point my car is a 2025 I’ve only had for a some months I shouldn’t have any issues at all I’m very un happy I also told him that my screen goes out for 15 minutes at a time he told nothing is wrong next time take a picture for my own records in stead of them actually checking the problem on my last car I didn’t have to do that they replaced the unit now I’m being asked to video I would never purchase another vehicle from Norm Reeves Honda and I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to
