To the Attention of Honda Reeves Auto Center, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the experience I had with the Honda Reeves Auto Service representative, Oscar Ortega. My wife and I were misled into believing that we needed to replace a tire due to a nail in the tire, which resulted in an unnecessary expense of nearly $300. This decision was not in line with our expectations, especially considering that our 2025 HR-V was purchased last November. The representative’s charge of almost $300 for a new tire without honoring the current warranty information was deeply concerning. After repeated attempts to resolve the issue, we eventually consulted with the manager. The manager acknowledged that replacing the tire was the appropriate course of action and declined to charge us the excessive amount. Despite our efforts to address the matter, we remain deeply disappointed with the experience. We had anticipated that Honda Reeves would provide us with reliable and transparent maintenance services for our new vehicle. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of these expectations. When we have to take our car in for service, we always ask for Leo now. In the beginning when we didn’t know anyone there and we didn’t have a great experience with other reps . Leo was the one to offer to help us and ever since then we always ask for Leo. He is great at his job and always making sure our car gets fixed and done in a timely manner. He made it less painful to take our car in for service. Thank you !!!

I paid for service and told to go to the front of the dealership to get my car. The car was not there and was told to go to the back. Went there was confronted by a service employee that I could not get my car. This confrontation was witnessed by a lot of people. I felt like I was treated like a criminal. I have spent thousands of dollars here and was not respected. Staff need to communicate with each other before making their customers look like fools. I will be waiting for the corporate phone survey to echo this. I wanted to speak to Christina but she was "not available.% very disappointed to say the least.

My car was promised at 1:30. I went to the desk at 2:15 and asked about my car and was told my rep was at lunch. I know you all were busy but if it's going to take longer than usual just tell the customer. My car was supposed to take 2 hours but ended up taking 3.5.
