In terms of customer service I feel like I had the least amount of interaction I’ve ever had. Very little eye contact from anyone, no one said thank you, very little communication when in person however, the text messaging and calls were very good from Thanh. We also were looking at purchasing a vehicle there but had the most reluctant sales person who gave less than the bare minimum amount of effort when speaking with us. Very rude and dismissive of my finance. Johnathan.

I spent the entire day at the dealer even though I had left my car the day before. I had no update on the status of my car and had to call to receive it. The issue with CarPlay texting is still unresolved, and that’s a safety concern. My previous 2019 Civic didn’t have this problem, and the lack of resolution makes me feel unsafe.
