I really appreciated the video where the mechanic showed me what was wrong and needed attention with my car. The service was done in a timely manner. Most importantly, I can communicate easily with my service advisor, Thanh, who did not mind answering all my questions and explaining things in a way I could understand as I am not knowledgeable about cars and get nervous if I think something is wrong with my car.
