Brake fluid exchange service was performed quickly. I was initially told it would take 1.5 hrs but it was done amazingly fast within 25 minutes! Great work Honda team!

Issue after issue for a simple repair. Installed part wrong and it was me that saw the problem. Work needs to be quality checked before giving back to customer. Poor communication of completion of service to only find it was done wrong. Very disappointed with the service department. Strongly considering taking my service to a different Honda dealer.

I find it hard to believe that an A17 service would take 5 hours. And after waiting around since they said it would take around 2.5 hrs, on top of that, the wrong service was done on the car even though it was discussed (they changed the transmission fluid when it was supposed to be the brake fluid flush). So I have to come back again another day to get the right service done.

Since we are 92 and 87 and use a walker and a cane, did not appreciate the car being parked clear at the N end of the parking lot after servce was completed I’ve never had to look that far away for my car…usually find it right outside the doors of the waiting area

Took my car in for a diagnostic and it took 5 hours…..I’ve taken my same car to have the fuel pump changed and it was done faster than today’s diagnostic. I overheard techs mentioning amongst themselves that it was a slow day so I feel like my car was not given priority on purpose even though I had an appointment. I told the service tech I was waiting on site - last time we took my wife’s car in, her tech told us that he knew we were waiting so he did his best to get it done fast but that was not the case today.
