Dropped off my vehicle at 10:30 - asked the rep to do a MPI due to having issues w my vehicle and it not be maintenance recently
Was told I would get an update by 2pm
I had to reach out via text - only received a price - asked reg MPI - no response
Called at 3- they could not get ahold of rep
Received a call at 4pm - went over MPI & issue
& was told vehicle would be ready at 5pm
(( took almost 7hrs - felt lack of communication and I had to keep following up on my vehicle - my vehicle just had a bad battery only - 7hrs seems to long just to replace a battery with a new one))

Everything went well except the fact that I never received a message saying my vehicle was done. I noticed my car was ready and parked out in the parking lot so I waited to see if I was going to get called to get my car back. Never got the call/text, another representative saw me walking around and looking for Joseph and asked if I needed help. If it wasn’t for them asking I would have kept waiting until the shop closed. The representative directed me to one of Joseph’s partners who helped me get my keys back. Not sure if Joseph forgot about me or what but he was no where to be found. This is the first time this has happened and I really was surprised because up to yesterday servicing my car was never an issue. It was poor communication that was the problem this time.
