As soon as I drove off my Tire Pressure notification went off. I drove back to the dealership and the service tech checked ALL my tires and said they were all really low. He took my car back and added air to all tires. When I expressed this concern to the service advisor he simply blew it off and said tire rotation can cause this. I said how can I even trust that my tires were rotated if they were to also check tire pressure and make sure they were measuring appropriately. From that discussion, he just left his desk area. While i appreciate the honesty of the service tech, i have lost overall trust in norm reeves service dept. this is not my first experience with having to return and most I am made to feel like I am inconveniencing them because they forgot a final detail.

I am very disappointed with this visit. After almost 3 hours in the waiting room I decided to ck on my car, and I was told my car was parked outside and it was done long time ago, nobody notified me the car was ready and I waisted my time waiting.
I will try to go to another Honda to see if I get better customer service.

I was very happy with Leo’s service. However, I was disappointed with waiting area. The cafe machine was out of service there were only little water cups. I have been to you San Dimas dealership and was much more impressed. I think you should be putting in better effort relax your customers.
