Terrible service Miguel went to lunch, he left me waiting for three hours, I know he needs to make his lunch, I understand, but he has to let me know what he is going to lunch and that he left my car in anyone's hands, that is, he did not explain to me the procedure he was going to do to do to my car, he did not leave anyone in charge of my car, my car was there for three hours and I was waiting in the waiting room for three hours without knowing anything about my car to date. I do not know anything about what He didn't make any change, terrible

Deliver my car Friday to get service for some reason my car sounds like a racing car. People were saying it sound like something is loose in the engine. Very loud noise coming from the car when I press on the gas need a supervisor to look at this immediatel the only thing was done was to air filter changed, and a oil change. Maybe the mechanic left something loose

My car was not fixed, got the run around with unable to locate a specific part, that is the main reason I took my car to the place where I originally bought the car trusting that I would be taken care off. After this experience this would be the last place where I would do business with and recommend family and friend's, giving the fact that both of my daughters have purchased cars at this dealer ship, I’m verv verv disappointed and heart broken that the the dealer ship where I bought three NEW cars where unable to fix my car. I felt that my car wasn't and not going to be ouched by a ten foot pole. Sad to say that I'm going to take my business elsewhere even for recomended and required services, customer service mediocre. Technicians not real mechanical technicians. ONE LAST COSTUMER.
